Bret Peterson- Hillclimbing the Alta Electric Dirt Bike

Multi-National Championship racer Bret Peterson of Team Peterson Racing threw a leg over the Alta Motors Redshift MX dirt bike during the Northwest Nitro Nationals in Sunnyside, Washington. He caught the attention of the large crowd in attendance by cresting the 2000 ft. "Cash Climb" hill on the Redshift with ease. On the first day Alta was offering demos, some of the top riders in the sport's history were riding it and coming back with nothing but smiles. The amount of torque and response was incredible, and made it more enjoyable to ride around the tight stuff than a standard gas motor bike. We're excited for this technology and cannot wait to see an electric dirt bike in our garage one day! Film: Matt Musgrove
