The 2014 Straight Rhythm Lites class champion dusted big name riders including Trey Canard and Nick Wey on his way to the final where he met Red Bull Teammate Ryan Dungey.
Musquin didn’t falter and maintained his undefeated status as he bested Dungey in the final and claimed the Open class championship.
Troy Lee Designs KTM’s Shane McElrath took out the Lites class title after besting fellow KTM rider Mitchell Oldenberg in the final.
Highlighting the Lites class however, was Josh Hill’s history making ride on the Alta electric motocross bike. It was the first time an electric bike had been used in Supercross/Motocross competition.
Hill rode the Alta to victory against Kyle Cunningham but lost to Mitchell Oldenberg in the semi-finals.
