Birchy is no stranger to Romanics but the former winner will have his work cut out trying to navigate a 1090 adventure bike through the dense mountain ranges known for their high level of difficultly.
The New Zealander will contest the event’s Iron Class, which has slightly more forgiving tracks than Gold Class.

This years’ Romanics will be the 14th edition of the infamous event and takes place in Sibiu, 25-29 July.
