Sherco Motorcycles Australia has confirmed the Australian pricing and arrival timing of the 2025 Factory Enduro range. The seven-model line-up represents a milestone leap forward for the French marque, jam-packed with enhancements.
The MY25 Factory Enduro range introduces updates across the entire SE and SEF models, including:
- New Bodywork featuring new in-mold graphics on the radiator shrouds and side panels.
- New Frame Protectors with an anti-slip pattern for improved rider grip.
- New Rear Taillight Bracket provides an improved lift point at the rear of the motorcycle. Also features a new LED taillight assembly.
- New Chassis boasts a 250g weight reduction, forged shock absorber arch, new steering lock on the headstock, new engine cradle geometry, new lower chain guide for reduced noise and weight, new steering column with weight savings and improved comfort.
- New Aluminium Rear Subframe 254g weight reduction.
- New Engine Mounting bolts optimised design for reduced weight.
- New Front and Rear Brake Discs for improved braking power.
- New 7075 CNC Triple Clamps for improved front-end comfort and 150g weight reduction, improved bearing sealing, and new handlebar position (+5mm).
- The New Instrument Cluster Position has been updated to be dampened across two axis, and the wiring layout behind the headlight has been optimised for improved visibility.
- New Larger Handguards for superior protection, new fork protectors, improved protection of the lower tubes, and increased space for running 90/100-21 tyres.
- New engine-skid plates with revised mounting bolts for simplified removal and servicing.
- New Kickstand with embossed ‘SHERCO’ logo.
- The New Cooling System features 157g lighter radiators with a 15% increase in cooling capacity, improved rigidity and airflow of the radiator grilles, silicone hoses, a new, more compact expansion tank, and a new radiator fan (more compact, lighter, and easier to remove).
- New Air Filter Housing for enhanced engine efficiency, easier and quicker side access to the filter for toolless servicing.
- New Lighter Wiring Harness 210g weight reduction, new layout of electrical components at the rear of the motorcycle to improve accessibility, accessibility of the OBD connector through the airbox access panel, and improved ergonomics of the wiring harness routing on the motorcycle.
- Optimised Tank Mounting now features an Anti-Vibration System.
- New Linkage Bolts for reduced weight, improved rear shock comfort and simplified servicing with half-moon ends.
- Simplified Muffler Removal through the right-hand side panel, now providing access to the mounting bolts without needing to remove the panel.
Model-Specific Improvements:
- New Expansion Chamber on 250/300 SE models the revised design increases ground clearance.
- New Akrapovic Full Exhaust Systems of SEF models for enhanced performance and reduced noise output that is compliant with the latest FIM standards.
- New Mapping on SEF models to complement the intake and exhaust updates.
- New, More Compact Fuel Pump on SEF models for optimised fuel pressure regulation.
- Revised Fuel Tap Position on SE models for improved accessibility.
- A New Gearbox was installed on the 250 SE, Manufactured in Nîmes (France) and tested in competition. Gears 3 to 5 were modified for closer spacing.
- Integration of the Tilt Sensor that cuts off the engine in case of a fall.
- Lightened and Reinforced Camshaft Bearing Cap on 250/300 SEF models to achieve higher revs with the maximum RPM limit increased from 13,700 to 14,000 RPM.
- Forged Swingarm for 450/500 SEF models has been upgraded to the latest design and technology, saving 360g in weight for improved comfort and traction. It features a new bearing and sealing system and new graduations to facilitate chain tension adjustment.
- Updated wheelsets on 450/500 SEF models sport new spokes, axles, and hubs. The hubs have been redesigned to improve stiffness and reduce unsprung weight. A new spacer system with mud-resistant flanges has also been added. The total weight savings are 960g.

Racing Models Return:
They also announced the return of the ‘Racing’ model range for the MY25. This limited release will include 300cc 2-stroke and 4-stroke models, offering more affordable, trail-oriented alternatives to our best-selling Factory models. These models are expected to arrive in Australia in December 2024, with further information and pricing to be announced closer to arrival.
