Canard has likely suffered an injury to his collarbone but more will be revealed following a visit to his doctor.
The KTM rider was slated to compete in the Outdoors after missing the majority of the 2017 Monster Energy AMA Supercross Championship due to injury and illness. Canard raced six rounds of the 2017 series with his best result an eighth at Minneapolis.
